Check-in is from 3 pm and lasts until 2 am or later for guests arriving on night flights.
Guests contact the hosts via phone call, email or text message to arrange check-in time.
The hosts will be waiting in Quinta do Passo to proceed with the check-in and presentation of the accommodation.
Guests must check out until 12:00.
Guests notify the hosts of the estimated check-out time.
If the hosts are not present at the time of check-out, guests leave the villa keys on the table inside de villa and the gate to Quinta do Passo open.
Quinta do Passo has extra services such as: laundry, tourist entertainment activities and massages.
Guests interested in these services should contact the hosts who will give them all information and prices.
Yes, smoking is prohibited inside the villas.
Quinta do Passo is composed of three villas and has four parking spaces available, two spaces inside Quinta do Passo and two spaces outside, across the street delimited by yellow lines.
Parking is free.
Animals are not allowed in the accommodation due to the garden, pool and rest of the guests.
Except for the exception described below, parties are NOT allowed at Quinta do Passo.
The rest / silence period runs from 11 pm to 8 am.
At Quinta do Passo parties are only allowed when the guests responsible for the party occupy the three villas.
Yes, guests inform hosts that they have a baby / child and it´s provided a travel cot for accommodation.
